As a personal trainer I have worked with every kind of client on every fitness level but at this point my focus is on pregnant and post natal clients as well as women who are post menopausal wanting to strengthen due to increased bone loss, decreased muscle mass and strength. There are many health benefits to proper exercise while pregnant such as increasing mood and energy levels to increasing strength and preparing your body for labor. For new mamas there are many reasons why personal training is a great choice for you! Many of my clients I see on a dual level, for massage therapy as well as personal training, for holistic wellbeing. I am here to guide you to reach your fitness goals safely and efficiently!
I provide mobile personal training. I will travel to you or we can meet at a local park. I will provide all equipment to meet your health and fitness goals!
We will meet in person for about 30 minutes to go over your goals for personal training, evaluate your needs and discuss a plan.
One hour individual personal training session followed by 15 minutes massage/assisted stretching.
One hour group fitness training session followed by session specific guided stretching.
