About
Passion
Lorel always knew she wanted a career that helped people. After graduating from college, with plans to attend grad school for physical therapy, she attended school for massage therapy and found her calling. As a massage therapist she knew had discovered her life's purpose. She is very intuitive, loves healing and helping people live their best life.
Background
Lorel has worked in the health and fitness world since 1999. She began working in rehabilitation as a physical therapy aid, then followed shortly thereafter with personal training beginning in 2003, and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008.
Training
Massage Therapy:
After graduating from college with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology (the study of the movement of the human body) she attended school for massage therapy, becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2008.
Since then Lorel has obtained extensive training in deep tissue massage, specifically specializing in the neck, shoulders and upper back.
Pre-natal massage is her counter specialty. Since becoming a mother herself, she knows your pain and deep need for relaxation.
She has also trained in TMJ massage as well as hand and foot reflexology.

Pre-Natal Massage
Beneficial in all stages of pregnancy. Will be side lying once in the second trimester (or sooner if desired). Once you are upon your due date, induction massage is an option as well.
Signature Massage
Combines deep tissue techniques where needed, with Swedish massage to relax, as well as a variety of other techniques to suit your individual needs.
Deep Tissue Massage
This massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissues. It is ideal for those who suffer from chronic pain or have sustained physical injury. Can be combined with sports massage techniques if there is an issue in a joint. Even with this massage you will find yourself surprisingly in deep relaxation... at least in the end!
Swedish Massage
This relaxing massage uses long, smooth strokes to ease tension and promote relaxation.
TMJ Massage
For jaw muscles that are overly tight or imbalanced, this massage works to restore normal muscle tone and balance between the TMJ muscles, by massaging the jaw, head, neck and shoulders.
